GENERAL

This policy, together with our terms of use, sets out your obligations and ours with respect to your use of this site, the information we collect through the site and how we may use it. We may decide to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on our site. We will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose that information to anyone.

All information is collected, stored and processed by us in the United States, and is subject to the laws of the United States.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

You do not have to provide personal information to make general use of the site. Certain subscriptions require that you provide certain personal information (such as your name, e-mail address and other contact information). We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and layout.

We may also use your contact information to periodically send you news and information about Sebastian A. Weiss, JD, LLM. You may opt out of receiving future mailings; see the opt-out section below. We may use third parties to provide specific services to you, but those third parties will be allowed to use your information only to provide the services that you have requested.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Our site contains links to sites owned and operated by other parties. We are not responsible for and have no control over the pricing practices or policies of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites prior to providing them with any personal information.

IP ADDRESS AND SITE USAGE

We may track IP addresses and site usage for system administration purposes. IP addresses are logged per user's session and help to determine how often areas on our site are visited and the path taken to those areas. We do not combine IP addresses with any of your personally identifiable information.

OPT OUT

We may send you news about new developments. You may choose to opt out of receiving such messages by sending an e-mail to sweiss@weiss-law.com from the e-mail address at which you are receiving the messages and with a request that your e-mail address be removed.

CORRECTING OR UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If the personal information we have gathered from you changes, we will gladly correct, update or remove any personal data you have previously provided to us. Please send an e-mail to sweiss@weiss-law.com with your corrected information.
